Ebay & Internet Marketing: 2 Membership Sites Offering Good Value for Newcomers
There are many membership sites in the internet offering variety of resources to people who wish to learn the intricacies on how to establish a successful online business. However these sites widely differ in their specializations so it is important for newcomers to know what they are offering before signing up as a member. In this post I will discuss 2 sites which I think really give good value for money especially to newbies.
The first site I joined last April 2009 is Jim Cockrum’s My Silent Team membership. As you may have known Jim is one of the top, if not the top internet marketer in the planet and has a following of about 100,000 people. The membership includes access to the exclusive members’ area where you will find information on creative uses of eBay to generate income and internet marketing. There is the members’ forum where you can participate in the discussions. Also included is a regular newsletter and a lifetime update of the popular ebook authored by Jim, the Silent Sales Machine also free to members.
What impresses me with this site is how Jim managed to select well known experts in eBay and internet marketing who collaborate with him in providing an array of excellent resources to members either for free or drastically reduced prices. You will find many ebooks, videos and audios authored by these experts in the Bonus Pool which are free to members. This site charge a reasonable membership fee and you can opt out anytime you want. In my experience the amount of money I paid for one year subscription pale in comparison to the value of knowledge I continue to gain from this site.
The second membership site in my arsenal is Chris Farrell’s membership. Chris established this site out of his frustration of not finding one person who could assists him with the right information during his early internet marketing days in 2008. Except for the cost of an autoresponder, you will find everything you need to launch your online business for free including webhosting. There is a free 26 video series instructions on how to create your first web business, free ebooks, templates and access to Chris library vault all geared to help the newcomers. Chris is a talented, down to earth person, who personally answers your queries and concerns. For just $4.95 you can join this site on a trial period for 14 days, and access the free resources. After the 14 day trial period, an affordable membership fee is charged if you want to continue and you can opt out anytime you want.
My advice to newcomers is check out these membership sites, download the free materials and decide if you want to join any of them. As a member you will access vast amount of current information which will assist you in your on line business. You will be learning with other people who have similar goals as you are making it a fun and enjoyable experience. Later you will realize that joining a good membership site is a great way to learn about the industry as you will be kept up to date by the availability of information at your finger tips.
